Resipi : Tiramitsu

Aku suke makan Tiramitsu nyh bukan sbb ape .. Tpii maybe sbb decOratiOn die nmpak menarik kot .. Then , taste die very delicious kalau kOrang pandaii buad laa .. ActualLy ta aku ta penah buad pOn .. baru naa try buad .. cehh ! poyO ta aku ? ckp mcm pena buad je .. aku tau makan je .. ActualLy aku rase along aku masak Tiramitsu nyh .. sedap .. Bravo ! Aku pOn usha laa sikit resipi die .. hee .. the search internet sikit nak dapat kn presice measurement .. hee .. 

 

 Inilah Tiramitsu along sy .. Ohsem bukan ?

 

 Nampak mcm beli dekat cafe enn ? Actually buad sendiri agy jimat 

 Bahan-bahan

250g cream cheese

250g whipped cream

150g gula

coffee layer cake ( boleh ganti dengan biskut yang dicelup dengan air nescafe)

1/2 paket nescafe or mocha 3in1 (for garnishing purpose)

                                                        Cara-cara

Potong & susun coffee layer cake dalam baking tin (1st layer)

Beat cream cheese, whipped cream & gula with hand mixer until creamy

Tuang mixture tadi diatas lapisan cake yang pertama

Susun selapis lagi cake diatas mixture tadi (2nd layer)

Tuang mixture diatas lapisan cake yang kedua

Repeat the step until finish

Taburkan 1/4 or 1/2 paket of nescafe 3in1 for ganish

Simpan dalam fridge overnight

 

Sebenarnye easy sangat nak buad .. Then , sedap lak tu .. lagipon presentation nye look expensive & lavish .. Semua famiLy n membe close suke taw Tiramitsu nyh .. Sekejap je licin .. Nnti boleh laa korang try yee .. Tengs tu shakira & google for the recipe .. =)
